Return Policies
Please read the following before returning any item to www.antiickypoo.com. If you have any further questions, please call us or e-mail sales@antiickypoo.com. Generally, antiickypoo.com accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days from purchase date, of most manufacturers, subject to the following conditions and provided a Return Authorization (RA) has been issued.
Return Authorization Conditions
- All products even if used, must be returned. If unused, then the package must be unopened and sealed inside the original package.
- Opened products may be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee depending on the item and return policy of the manufacturer. Opened products must be returned with all original packaging materials, including any warranty cards, manuals and any other items. Failure to include all materials will result in additional charges.
- A valid RMA number must be issued by antiickypoo.com and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be Accepted.
- Product refused by customer for any reason and returned to us will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- A completed RA form must be included in box to identify whom the return is from and the reason for the return. Please call us at (661) 702-0200 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Failure to include this form will result in a delay of processing your credit or exchange.
- RA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns. If you receive a damaged package or if you need to return an item as a result of our mistake, we will arrange for the return of the item at our expense.
- While we would like to assist you directly as much as possible, certain manufacturers' policies prohibit us from accepting any returns of their opened products. While this policy applies to most manufacturers, we can sometimes accept open product returns.
- BLACKLIGHTS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON!
If you receive a blacklight and it arrived damaged, you must file a claim with
the carrier, i.e. Federal Express or United Parcel Service.
- Your credit card will be credited or an exchange unit will be sent once we receive and inspect the product. Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.
Defective Product Returns/Exchanges
We sell only new products "in the box". From time to time a defective item may slip through our vendors Quality Control or an item may be damaged in transit. If you need to return a defective product to us, please call usl at (661) 702 0200 within 5 days of receipt. If the package appears to have sustained damage in transit notify both us and the carrier immediately!
If you suspect the product to be defective, please contact the manufacturer's customer service department to confirm. In the event you are unable to do so, please let us know when requesting the RA. We will try to help you in every way possible, but sometimes it is better to contact the
manufacturer directly.
All Defective Product Returns/Exchanges are subject to the following:
- The product must be returned with the original packaging materials, including all warranty cards, manuals, and any other items.
- A valid RMA number must be issued by VetWorld Companies, (for www.antiickypoo.com) or Ultimate Pet Products and displayed clearly on the
outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will be refused and
returned.
- A completed RA form must be included in box to identify whom the return is from and the reason for the return. Please call us at (661) 702 0200 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Failure to include this form will result in a delay of processing your credit or exchange.
- RA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
- An exchange unit will be sent out once we receive the product. If you need an advance replacement unit, your credit card will be charged but not settled. Upon receipt of the item the charge will be reversed.
- ANTIICKYPOO CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: The product is
guaranteed to remove odor from your surfaces provided you have followed
the directions and used an appropriate amount of AIP for the problem. You
must understand that thereis no magic bullet for removing urine or other
odors. It takes patience, AIP and an investment in time.
While the product is guaranteed and your money will be refunded according
to these policies, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping costs are
not refundable. For products that carry a "shipping included" price, we will
take a $10 deduction per gallon or partial gallon from the price of the "shipping included" price you paid, and that is the amount you will be
refunded.
The decision to refund the cost of the product is entirely at the discretion
of VetWorld Companies, www.antiickypoo.com and Ultimate Pet Products.
Please note about Defective Product Returns/Exchanges
Shipping charges are only refundable if the item tests to be defective. Also, please note that non-defective items may be subject to restocking charges. If you need to return a defective product after 10 or more days (of receiving the item), please see your warranty card or contact the manufacturer for the proper instructions on replacing the product.
