Anti-Icky-Poo: Blacklight Urine Detector
The Blacklight Urine Detector helps you visually locate dried urine and other organic materials in carpet.
The Blacklight Urine Detector detects urine
crystals and other
biologic material at the
surface of carpet and fabric when used in a
well-darkened room.
|
You've seen it used on shows such as CSI. Using a blacklight is an
effective way of detecting urine crystals and other biologic materials in
carpet and on other surfaces. Until you know precisely where the Pet Urine
is in the carpet, it is impossible to eliminate the Pet Odors.
Our Blacklight Urine Detector is the proper size and wattage for the
proper detection of the source of Pet Odors and Stains. When purchasing a
black light, wattage is a very important consideration. Our electric Black
Light is 18" wide and provides 15 watts of power. Our UV Flashlight has 51
LED's to provide the power you need to find the contamination the first
time. The Anti-Icky-Poo Blacklight is the right size for detecting the
problems in carpet and other fabrics.
HANDHELD PORTABLE. If you want a handheld portable device, please
review the information on our new UV Flashlight that carries enough power
to properly see the contamintion in your home or office. Don't be fooled by
toy UV handheld devices. We have conducted a search for a handheld for 4
years and won't settle for anything but the best. The trademark applied to
all ULTIMATE and ANTI-ICKY-POO products is "Finally, A Product That Works!"

How do I use the Blacklight Urine Detector?
When using the Blacklight Urine Detector, the room should be as dark as possible: Nighttime is best and recommended. In this manner you can see urine spots clear across the room with our 15-watt power fluorescent type U.V. lamp. A long extension cord may be convenient for you to move around the room. We recommend that you use masking tape to mark off those areas that are affected and then begin the treatment process with Anti-Icky-Poo when you turn the lights back on.
Keep in mind that only surface urine is illuminated. If this is the only tool (other than your nose) that you are using, you will need to anticipate its spread underneath, particularly when dealing with heavy contaminated carpeting.
